I notice you only listed the Olympian deities. Well that's ok.
There are a few I would pick I guess, Hephaestus, Athena and Ares.
They all have their own draw points.

Athena, the embodiment of all things just and right, of true heroes, wisdom, strategy, and strength.
Ares, who most think of as the god of war, but who is also courage, defense, order, and even the indomitable spirit, never to give up.

My favorite would have to be Zeus, the god of lightning and the sky.

Controlling lightning would be awesome, for one, and he was the first of Cronus and Rhea's children that escaped being eaten by Cronus (Rhea switched him out for a rock).

I don't really recall anything like that either. I wouldn't say he's stupid or evil either. He got thrust into a position that he didn't want and had what was rightfully his taken away from him. Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades are brothers, Hades being the oldest. When their father, Crono (if I remember correctly), was taken down Hades should've been the one to inherit the throne, since he was the oldest of the three and that was the way of the world back then.

For the most part the Greek/Roman gods kind of bore me now. They're always the ones you hear about when mythology is brought up, but I'm going with Hades out of the selection. Should be apparent as to why
