I believe as in "calls" you mean calling out there name with real voices, correct? Did Yellow have the calls, I'm pretty sure not. Besides, there will be glitches upon that and it'll probably be take up a lot of memory in the games.

And it was pretty badly done too, crackley.
GF could make a game on DS with all the calls (probally), but it would probally have to have simpler graphics instead.
Like Red/Blue/Yellow or maybe Gold/Silver/Crystal graphics.
