Well, it mostly depends on where you live, but the best places to find things like this is on eBay, amazon or video game stores online sites.
Those might not be the cheapest, but they will most likely at least be working PS3s.
You could also try some sites like craigslist or other online marketplaces, but you don't have as much guarantee that you will get a working console.
