Same here. Please tell us what browser you are using along with if your using a MAC or regular laptop/desktop. Also you may want to include any additional information you feel will help you fix this problem. The more info., the easier it is for people to help you...

If you are not using Firefox I suggest using it, it works best with the games in the RGR.

I just tried mario kart 64 and it works on google chrome, if you can't get it to start try reseting or if the controls just dont work you have to set it up yourself by double clicking on the game.

I'm using chrome myself and it worked, but like I said in my last post. FireFox works best with the games in the RGR. Also take drama's advice and try resetting the game and controls.
