Well, my dentist appointment 3 weeks ago was the first I had in 10 years. Than I was told my teeth were good for someone who hasn't gone to the dentist that long. The dentist even said my teeth were good for someone who went to the dentist regularly.

My teeth are pretty good being that I haven't been to a dentist in over a decade. I'm missing one molar and I got the wisdom teeth that aren't fully in but still a little messed up cuz they are almost impossible to brush completely. As far as my mouth goes visually, it's fine. I try to brush at least twice a day, use mouthwash and floss. Mouthwash is a must, I don't want no breath that's rancid...I'll take a jacked up mouth over stank breath.

I brush and floss religiously and still manage to get a cavity or two every year. Last year the dentist thought I might need a root canal because they had to drill so deep (keep in mind I'm only 20). Turns out I didn't, but I shouldn't even have that possibility. To try to avoid trouble in the future I now have a prescription toothpaste with extra flouride in it.

I also didn't use my retainer as much as I should have after braces. When my wisdom teeth came in, the tops were facing towards the front of my mouth. Between these two things, my teeth have been slightly squished together and are now slightly overlapping.

Still, I can deal with it. I'm still better off than some people who can't afford to even try to take care of their teeth.
