Raiden. C'mon, he's the God of Thunder & Lightning - that is what inspired a LOT of his special moves and fatalities!
I am good with most of the characters on the games anyway so I like 'em all but if I am picking one it is and has to be Raiden. I wouldn't mind having his powers in real life.

My favorite fatality is from Mortal Kombat 2 called "Electrocution" where Raiden electrocutes his opponent until they explode. You hold Low Kick for 6 seconds and then release at close range. You have to tap Block + Low Kick repeatedly and it feels realistic.

I also like Kung Lao. I like his hat special attack moves and his combos.
