Is it possible to have an untraceable website? The reason why I ask is because I seen the movie ''Untraceable'' awhile back and a guy had a website that he was streaming live video from and the F.B.I. couldn't find him.

It's kinda hard to say, there's sites out there that stream movies online and let you get torrents of recent games and the government never touches it though I have heard of some cases in which government has traced down CP sites.
