You need to download a program such as Xpadder described here in this thread:

The program is very user friendly and basically will work for any game you possibibly can play on the net. You can even use it as a mouse with this program. I'm pretty sure it's free but if not then just download Xpadder from a torrent site, it's free and easy to set-up either way. I use an XBOX 360 controller and I use this same program. All the RGR games and PC games I've playyed worked fine with this so check it out and give that a shot.
