okay heres the deal charizards not overpowered automatically neither is blaiziken it depens on how u train them for example pretend u were asked whos better blaiziken or charizard some people say charizard because it is so overpowered u cant say that because u have to say something like a well trained charizard is better because its really strong idc wat u pick though i'm just saying its not overpowered automatically plz leave your answer below if u agree with me note.(it goes for blaiziken too)

Well, they level up with a random value stat increase. Different pokemon have a different range in which their stats can increase, and both charizard and blaziken have really high stat ranges. Moves they learn automatically and that they can be taught have nothing to do with how you raise them, that's the people who make the game's decision. You can't really raise your pokemon in any way, I think, at least, since all you can do is make them level up by fighting. You can use rare candies to make them level up, which gives them less of a stat boost, so if raising them means using rare candies or not, then there's only one good way to raise them.

Combusken is overpowered because it has a fighting and fire move set, which allows it to be super effective against so many types, all the while having great stats. That's why people say it's overpowered, at least in my opinion.

First of all, your post is really hard to read. Secondly, if I understand you correctly, you're asking which is better. Thirdly, seeing as I don't know what Blaiziken is, it's a Pokemon from after the second generation, making it not a good Pokemon, so Charizard is automatically better.
