My favorite is the gamecube. It was really one of my most favorite systems, with some of my favorite games! Such as Pikmin, Luigi's Mansion, and Pokemon Colosseum. I've got some good memories from it.

The console in first place was an easy choice, the Playstation 2. I believe at one time I had around 110-120 games for it before I bought my Xbox 360. The Playstation was my favorite because of several games (although they're not all exclusives) such as the Grand Theft Auto series, Downhill Domination (Probably my favorite PS2 game of all time), the Onimusha series, Kingdom Hearts series, Shin Megami Tensei, Amplitude, Sly Cooper series, Ratchet and Clank, Virtua Fighter series, Tekken series, Devil May Cry series, Final Fantasy (especially X), and the Champions of Norrath series. I could go on and on, but for the sake of length I will stop there haha.

The battle for second is actually a tough choice, as I love both the Gamecube and the Xbox. In the end I would have to say I prefer the Gamecube though, as it has a larger library of games that I actually enjoy compared to the Xbox (not including games that were also out for the PS2 or Gamecube). The Mario series, of course, was great on the Gamecube including Mario Kart Double Dash and the Mario Party games. Then you have other amazing games such as Super Smash Bros Melee, Luigi's Mansion, Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, and the Metroid Prime games.

Then comes the Xbox. There's not much that I can say about this system other than the fact that it too had its share of amazing games, such as Conker's Bad Fur Day: Live and Reloaded (probably my favorite xbox game) and Halo 1 & 2.

Mine has to be the PS2. The only game i enjoyed playing on the Gamecube was Super Smash Bros Melee. And the only game i enjoyed playing on Xbox was Halo.

But their were countless games on ps2 i played. Kingdom Hearts I and II and Final Fantasy X are just a few.

I must say PS2, I loved the games like Grand Theft Auto, Virtua Fighter and Tekken. I still have the console and play games when not playing games online or on the Wii.

ps2 was truly the highlight of the generation better than gamecube in game standards and better in Xbox in the amount and quality of the games.
