Go up to the upper left hand corner of your screen. You should see a link in green that says "Edit Profile & Settings". On the page you get from clicking the link you should see something that says User Pic. You can browse through your computer and pick the pic that you want to use.

No problem. Oh and about the pokemon pics, maybe if you switch them to something else (like Final Fantasy) then go back to pokemon it will fix it's self. Doesn't seem to be happening with anyone else.

The Poke'mon Ranks should be fine, they are working for me? I know some of the other ranks are messed up here and there but I haven't seen the Poke'mon ranks messed up yet...
