Only ONE Pokémon fits that description, and it is chandelure, and it has already been guessed.
Mismagius also evolves with a dusk stone, but he is FULL ghost type, not partially, as described.
Hochkrow is with dusk stone also, but it is not ghost type at all: it is dark and flying.
With this, I declare that only Chandelure fits this description, so zelda2 is the victor.
Unless, of course, you went against the description and the answer is a pre-evolved form.
