That's strange, you should be able to save in game. All you have to do is save in the game, and then close it. What game/s didn't let you save? Which internet browser are you using? Also, what computer? All these things will help people help you.

Well for starters what game are your trying to save on because I know the Poke'mon games save fine but not all of the others am I sure about. However if they truly don't save in-game then there is no way to save, sorry. The emulators themself don't have a save feature like the GBC's do or SNES. Might be something that is added in the future though.

I'm not sure about the hacks but there should still be an in-game save feature, wouldn't make much sense as to why there wouldn't be. If you can't find it in the game or there plainly isn't one then basically you can't save, sorry.
