Well for one this is a retro game site. PSP and DS aren't retro systems yet. For two, those both take up to much bandwidth compared to the cartridge games so don't expect to see them on this site anytime soon, sorry. But www.get-your-rom.com has DS games you can download for free. Wih that being said, theres your answer and thread closed.
