Have you tried resetting it? (Hold the home and the lock button simultaneously for like 10 seconds). It's may be obvious but many people don't try it.

If not, then try plugging it in and syncing.

If it still doesn't work, you'll have to completely restore it with your computer, hopefully you synced it not long ago and have the back up on you computer.

If you didn't failbreak it, you could of just sent it in the apple. But this way, your warranty is void.
