Well first off what browser are you using? Also you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in. Another thing is, if you can be as detailed as possible, it would help me, help you more. Well let us know how that goes...

Well did you try uninstalling and reinstalling like I said. Second after you install it make sure to restart your browser if you have it running while you do this otherwise it might not work too.
