Unfortunatly it's impossible, but if you download an emulator to play offline, you could probably use Gameshark. I guess for the NES and SNES emulator/s you could use cheats (Game genie), but it's otherwise impossible. BTW, wrong forum, unless you're talking specifically about pokemon gameshark.
