I've been using the chat for awhile since coming back.
I normally leave it in another tab and check it every now and then.
I can agree that a notification for the chat room would be a good idea as I have no idea when someone pops in to ask a question so when I look they are most times gone (darn impatient kids )

But more then that I would like a member list showing who is in each room.

I agree with the sound notification but I also would want a way to turn it off. I would hate watching a movie and hearing that noise over and over so I'd just have to leave I guess... LOL.

To be honest I would RATHER have an "ignore" feature for the rare occasions when the chatroom is being "trolled". (It does happen once in awhile.)
