I use software called photoshop but you should give imageshack a try I think your able to resize the pics there. Then once you upload it you can drag it to your desktop area then upload it to vizzed.

Yeah like JigSaw said, imageshack will give you abunch of options to downgrade it, make it smaller, make it bigger, etc. Thats your best bet unless you have photoshop and know how to use photoshop. I'd say use imageshack or photobucket.
