Graphics (9/10)
Yo the way the cars and arenas look in this game is crazy. There are these bright colors and effects when you score, and when you flip your car the paint and decals and even the trails just pop out. It really makes it fun to just look at your screen for hours, and sometimes I just go into free play to watch the sunset in the stadium or see the crowd cheering without really doing anything because it just looks that good.

Sound (7/10)
The music and sounds are pretty solid and get you pumped. Sometimes it gets repetitive and nah some tracks will loop and you notice it. The engine sounds when you boost or flip are satisfying, and the big boom when someone scores a goal makes you jump a little, and it all fits the pace of the matches.

Addictiveness (9/10)
Yo this is where the game really shines because you sit down to play one match, and next thing you know hours have gone by. You keep telling yourself one more round and nah you never stop because the mechanics feel so smooth. Scoring even a simple goal is hype, and there is always something new to learn or try like messing with car presets or trying out a different mode and it hooks you.

Story (3/10)
There is not really a story here, bro. You just jump into matches with your car and play soccer, there is no lore or characters to follow and nah you are not missing anything because it is all about the gameplay. Sometimes I wish there was a little context or maybe some kind of career mode just for variety, but it is fine.

Depth (8/10)
Honestly when people say it’s just cars hitting a ball, I laugh, because there’s way more going on. I had to learn how to manage my boost, figure out rotations with my teammates, and practise mechanics like air dribbles, flicks, and even little tricks like wave dashing. Half the time I’m in training packs just trying to get a feel for a new move or messing around in free play to see what I can pull off. It took me months to master simple things like power sliding without spinning out. There are always new maps and modes to try, and it surprised me how deep the game really is once you get into it.

Difficulty (7/10)
It seems easy, my little brother even scored in his first match, but bro, once you start goin up in the ranks it gets way harder. I spent hours, and I mean hours legit just trying to hit the ball straight or not miss, and sometimes I still whiff (is what my friends call it). Learning when to hit, and when to just leave the ball alone is very hard (I’ve gone to hit the ball and someone else got it), and I’ve left the goal wide open too many times. With practice you start improving and it feels good.

Overall (8.5/10)
It used to be my top favorite games, but as time goes on it isn’t as good as it was in the peak years. I’ve made tons of memories on the game with my brother and the boys.
