I wanted to make a thread where we can all discuss one of the all time most interesting first date conversation topics to woo your date: Obscure Pokemon trivia!

I have always enjoyed reading about weird facts about the series, some of which I had discovered in my own spare time, and some that shocked me to the core. Or even things I had never even heard of before.

This could be related to the pokemon themselves, to the games, the anime, the lore, the franchise as a whole. Anything Pokemon related that you think others would find interesting to learn, post it here!

I'll start:

- In Pokemon Emerald, a Pokemon with the ability LightningRod will cause trainers to call your PokeNav more often!

- In Heart Gold & Soul Silver, if you teleport back to Cianwood City without a Pokemon in your party or PC that can learn Surf, an NPC in the Pokemon Center will give you a gift Tentacool! This was actually only discovered a couple years ago.
