What do you love about wherever you live? What do you hate about living there?

For me, the things I like most about living in central Florida are:

-Affordability (relative to where I grew up, at least)

-The weather, especially any month other than July or August

-Disney World is only 20 miles away

The things I dislike the most about living in central Florida are:

-The traffic lights take forever to change. Waiting for a green arrow to turn left at busy intersections is especially bad. It took me 15 minutes to make a left turn the other day.

-Traffic

-Cockroaches

The main thing I like about where I've been living for the past year is that it's close to everything now. In the place I lived for two years before this, I had to take a bus for 15 minutes just to get to the train and before that it was even longer. But now I walk to the train, there's multiple buses by me, and many of the places I would go to for shopping are walking distance.

But I live across the street from a high school so it always gets loud and busy. In the middle of the day there's always a lot of traffic as a result.

The best things are

-A park across the street.

-No flooding.

-The weather is calm.

-Not too many people

-Close by stores.

The things I don't like:

-Only an inch or two of snow (Used to get 40-70 in total).

-No storms.

-Gets too hot in the summer.

The things I like about living where I am-

It's pretty quiet around here

There are some decent options for food

My street is fairly out of the way so very low chances of being robbed or something

Good theater

The things I dislike-

A lot of people are fairly rude about common sense things

Even the good places tend to eventually get bad workers and the quality starts to drop immensely

This may be a postal service issue but my packages are constantly delivered wrong (usually they are left outside when I specifically want them placed inside my porch)

We have a lot of the problems of a big city without any of the benefits (air quality issues, some crazy crimes involving drugs or guns or both, some old buildings falling apart with no attempts to rescue them)

The thing I mentioned about there being decent options for food, well oftentimes those decent options become not so decent overtime. The restaurants will drop certain items we like and the food quality will degrade.

Same thing above but with grocery stores. A lot of times they'll stop carrying something we really liked and then we have no way of getting it anymore.

A lot of bad and not much good..

Only good thing
Less people to deal with.
Can walk out to nature. Not trails just straight uninterrupted nature.

Bad
Too far from anything to do
Way too many crazies not going into specifics
Hard to find people to do things you need help with.

It's Winnipeg. Too darn cold in the Winter, too darn hot in the Summer, but Fall is just perfect.

But I would say the best parts would be having an NHL team that actually does make the playoffs no matter how long they last in them, not to mention the twice a year charity book market that benefits the Children's hospital

Nearly 2 years ago I moved, I still live in TN I went from one city to another.

The reason I moved was because I got married, so I moved to my wife's home city and I love it. It was a very good city and I like it.

Good Things- This city gets lot of storms and I like storms, so I'm happy. Second, I'm not to far from the Mountains of TN before I was 2 hours and 15 minutes away now I'm only 50 minutes away. We also have some very good restaurants. Thus, me and my wife have several options when we go out to eat. Overall, the people here are generally nice.

Bad Things- People are horrible drivers. They are bad to not use signals when turning, and they are bad to speed up especially when they see somebody is about to pull out. The traffic can be bad at times. It is so easy for the traffic to get backed up a lot. Sometimes you just want to put the car in park because you are not going anywhere.

From April to October it can be hot, humid and muggy.

As for the good living around central Ohio I'd say Columbus is an hour away, city I live in is pretty small and quiet, traffic normally isn't too bad, and people are normally pretty okay around here.

For the bad I'd say It's too hot in summer too cold in winter, It's pretty humid in summer, events for gaming rarely are in my area.

I love Ohio, from my travels last year I don't think I'd ever be built for a big city but I do miss traveling by train from my time in London wish the US had trains like Europe.

Best things are there are no bad storm, flooding, criminals. But that bad things IS THE STUPID DRIVERS, people do NOT know how to drive around here, and there is a lot of... weird people.

I love the place I live though, it's nice, there are a few parks nearby.
