The Story of the Water Machine at my Local Drug Store

My local drug store has a water machine outside that you pay like 25 cents to fill up a jug of water, well one day about a month ago it stopped working and there was a paper on ot saying it was down for repairs didn't think anything of it at the time however the next day as I rode by I noticed that it was surrounded by crime tape and me and my grandma couldn't help but speculate on what crime it could of commited but it must of been bad cause the next day it was gone and had been hauled off to jail! I personally believe it must of been charged with attempted murder I mean have you ever drank water? It's awful! However who knows what sort of kangaroo court we have but it has been returned after a month of jail and is supplying people water again.
