Can someone please help me? I need help in Pokemon Emerald. I got past everything,but that part where heavy rain comes down after you got your seventh badge. I tried everything. I even went to Ever Grendae City, but there is a waterfall there,so I can't enter the city though. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

Ok, have you been to Sootopolis City yet? If not, then go there. That might solve your problem. (You also need dive to reach Sootopolis City)
