I've tried un/re installing the plugins, tried 3 different browsers, and tried following all of the fixes that people have posted and nothing has worked. Has anyone found a permanent fix?

If so, then allow the game to run on the firefox portable browser. It pops up as soon as you launch a game. No modern browsers are supported.

First of all if none of these suggestions I am about to post can I have a screenshot of game page if game fails to open or a screenshot of popup if it does at least open? It can potentially help

1st.
https://rgrplugin.vizzed.com:2761/ Does this page load for you? If it doesn't keep going so I can have more info..

2nd.
Open task manager and look for a process called "Node.js Javascript Runtime (32bit)". If you don't know how to open Task Manager click the ctrl, shift, and esc keys all at the same time it should default to processes tab.

3rd.
If that process isn't running go to your plugin 2023 install folder which for me is located here

C :\Program Files (x86)\Vizzed\RGR Plugin 2023+ Update
and run the program in that folder called "VizzedFirefoxHttpServiceLauncherCpp.exe"

After trying that try the link from the 1st thing.

4th
Only do this assuming 3rd thing worked.
In task manager go to the startup tab and and verify that process in the 3rd thing is enabled. It makes sure that process is running on computer restart.

Please just to reiterate send some screenshots if none of this works. It helps me a lot on trying to figure out things with what I am limited to.
