I think a lot of people do not like it because even for an NES games the graphics are kind of sloppy. Look at the Teenage Turtles NES games and other games. Also the game is similar to the SNES Turtles in Time. All those games on the NES and SNES had way better graphics. In addition, the controls in my opinion are not that great in the arcade version. So yeah, I think that is why a lot of people do not like this version.
