Could I have the perms to make a post layout? Says I gots to be a higher power level to make advanced layouts. I can prove myself with these threads:

Manually I made edits to those posts to fill in my own HTML layout, which I created. Not my finest but good example of my HTML knowledge.

Also I have some mad hacking skills but maybe a discussion for a different topic... .. .

I believe to make custom layouts you have to be trusted rank.

Which requires people giving you either 5 or 10 trust points I can't remember.
