This link leads to an articles about the new 3ds (fan made name), it is a new version of the ds that nintendo is working on, it will be 3d without 3d glasses, sounds awesome but kinda sux cus the dsi xl just came out and they are already making a new handheld.

I saw an article on bulbapedia confirming this, apparently the Pokemon Company is getting some special treatment in regards to it, I wouldn't be surprised if, by the third version in Gen V, we're seeing Pokemon games on it. But I'm not gonna buy it, it's just some stupid gimmick. I personally think the whole "video games in 3-D" idea is stupid, I wish developers would stop spending so much time on it. This is stupid. Nintendo is becoming stupid... stupid Nintendo . Next thing you know, I'll only be able to play outdated games because all the new ones will be in 3-D .
