So I was thinking of doing another what's your favorite region thread? But since that's been done to death and some of the results actually shocked me like how on earth did Kanto win a poll based on the region? That place is boring as can be! At least as someone who didn't grow up with it that's my take but What is your least favorite Pokemon region?

I know I just hated on Kanto but while I think it's a lackluster region I wouldn't call it my least favorite but it's definitely in the bottom half of all the regions. I think there's only 2 regions I can consider calling my least favorite and those are Galar and Johto. Starting with Galar I don't hate it I just think Sword and Shield could have done a lot more with a UK inspired region and find it disappointing how little there is in the cities, especially Wyndon. Johto on the other hand I do dislike as a region I just don't think it's all that memorable and is way too short for my taste, I just finished replaying Johto and I'm not sure my opinion of the region itself has really changed much at all like some of the cities are cool but I still think it's my least favorite region because of how hyped up Johto is.

My least favorite region would be probably be the Sinnoh region. Really not fond of it with the map area and I just felt like they tried a bit too hard with all these features when it came out for the DS… plus I feel like the Pokémon are the huge reason why I dislike it since they basically described Palkia and Dialga “gods” like wut? I mean Kanto was pretty great and Johto was memorable for many reasons.. Hoenn was alright tho too much water… but Sinnoh just made me kinda quit the series for a while

My least favorite region would probably have to be Alola. For the games, I really liked many of the features that were added and things that were changed to make gameplay different, but when it came to the region, I wasn't a fan of the layout of the region and how empty a lot of places felt. It was easy for me to get bored with some places.
