When going to the gym (if you do), do you do some bodybuilding? If so, what do you do for bodybuilding? I lift some dumbbells, then I do some arm crunches, and do some leg liftings, then I go back to doing some arm liftings, and lastly, I do some situps.

I used to lift weights but the past month I’ve been comfortable with the way I’m living and I don’t know whether it’s a bad thing or not. I used to hit my gym every day and been eating moderately hitting my macros, making sure I do have my health positive. I used to follow a program actually from Jim Stoppani and it was “Super Shredded 8” and that was a killer let me tell you. I never felt so fit in my life but of course I did go to the… dark path.. with enhancements. After I got off though that’s when I became lazy, mostly from the side effects (even tho I took them as it said on the label) and been take a bottle of pills to help counteract the side effects and normalize my body again. Before you say anything no it didn’t shrunk but I did have moments of bad temper and a greasy face, or it felt like it was greasy

I don't go to the gym as I have my own set. I have been lightning weights since middle school. The reason was my doctors recommended to me to add strength training with weights to help my condition. Over the years I have stuck with it. I do weights 2-3x a week.

I do inclined bench presses to me they inclined presses really work the pectoral muscle and it helps build arm strength as well. I also do triceps and biceps presses. In addition, I use what I call cables to do curls. you put your feet on the cable get it even and curl it. The cables come in different numbers. A 40 cable is equivalent to curling 80 pounds.
