In original Dragon Ball, I really enjoyed the first time Goku fought King Piccolo, I think it was the culmination of everything Toriyama built up till that point.

In DBZ, I'm a huge fan of the fight between Super Buu and Gotenks. There were a lot of weird attacks and moments where the characters were outright confused or horrified, and it exemplified the point of the arc.

Out of those options it’ll be obviously Gohan vs Cell. How a boy who doesn’t have a fighting spirit turning into one of the most powerful fighters in that arc really says about his character.

When it comes to OG Dragon Ball I would say the Tenkaichi Budokai where Goku fights Tien in the finals

I think OG Dragon Ball in general is a lot more entertaining to watch but that could just be due to how much I watched Z growing up where I've only seen everything in OG like maybe twice? In Z it's without a doubt Goku vs Freeza I find it the most entertaining fight and who could forget the reveal of the most iconic form in anime it's amazing! For GT I would say it's the episode with SSJ4 Gogeta I had the episode on VHS and watched it all the time when I was young. For Dragon Ball Super I could say Goku vs Broly due to the amazing animation in that film and it being the first time I got to see Dragon Ball in theaters but instead I'll have to say Goku using SSJGSSJ Kaioken for the first time as it was the episode that told me Dragon Ball was back after a not great start to Super.

I think a lot of people will pick, very justifiably, one of those BIG scenes that lives in your memory once you see it for the first time - Goku going Super Saiyan for the first time, or Gohan going SSJ2... etc. However I think I would go against the grain here a little bit - my favorite scene would probably be specifically the finale of the Kid Buu fight with the spirit bomb. Vegeta's entire character arc is wrapped up with a neat little bow here, and the main villain is killed with every single character's power combined into one big ass ball of energy.

If I could also choose "non-canon" media though it would instead be the Dragon Fist against Hirudegarn. I love Super Saiyan 3 and that move is unbelievably cool lol
