Due to suspected cheating of guest referrals to gain a lot of Viz in a short amount of time all guest referrals were revoked which lead to all the Viz and Contribution Points to be taken back as well.

So the admins have been gathering the info for me since I can't see what they see and unfortunately I can't share most of said info due to IP addresses even if they aren't legit.

Giving slight info that was given it was shown a lot of the IPs are from TOR nodes. This is where we suspect fake guest referrals.

I have been told though if you can verify via screenshots over several days even some from past months the Viz could be returned.

pokemon x : IPs today in any router are dynamic, practically there is no more fixed IP to say that an ip is fake or not, most IPs have already been purchased by countries, and therefore they are dynamic. If you turn your router off and on then it will probably give you another IP different from the one it was before.
