Before reading any further note I am going to mention spoilers rather quickly.







Has anyone else seen the new Matrix movie?

Personally, I kinda didn't like it. The idea that Neo is no longer "The one" but "The one" is actually a duo aka Neo and Trinity.

I even rewatched the original trilogy to make sure I didn't miss anything big which I might have still. The only thing I seem to have noticed is that yes Neo did love Trinity and it seems like he only improved the more he got in love with her to keep her alive but he still was powerful without her and when they were together I don't think anything major happened like Resurrection.


I will say though I didn't hate hate the movie, I just personally don't like how things were presented.

For example Morpheus the new one was an Agent but turned into Morpheus how did that happen? Also showed him as if he was a human doing normal human things. Was that something I missed agents did when they weren't hunting something down?

The ending in my opinion seemed even worse when Trinity was beating up The Analyst(Neil Patrick Harris) why didn't he activate "Bullet time" at any point and just accept being beaten up? It personally just didn't seem to make any sense to me.


Regardless what did you think of the movie? Did you like it or dislike it? Maybe even clarify the movie for me since I don't normally look deep into movies.
