Three years ago I remember talking about Digimon Survive a lot. It was supposed to be one of the best and most ambitious Digimon game but even though the release date was set for 2019, it never came. In fact ever since the initial announcement, the game had been delayed more than one time each year. There had been multiple delays due to Covid but also multiple delays due to development and even more due to the games engine.

Three weeks ago the game was delayed yet again, this time into some point in 2022. This time it was the delay was by the owners of the Digimon, not by the developer or publisher and there wasn't even a reason why. If the game does in fact get released next year it will have been 4 years since the initial release date announcement and so many delays.
