Yeah, that's possible. Sorry that I haven't seen this thread in a while. But all you have to do is make a game disk and upload it to a site or wherever you want it at. (Making a game disk feature lies in rpg-maker 2000 itself. As well as some of the others). Hope that ansewers your question.

I think you can have other people play your game without having the RTP installed, but then you have to put all the RTP things in the game folders. In other words, you have to import in all RTP charsets, midis... Everything. Even if you're not using them.

I got no idea if this works or not, I just think it does.
