For those of us who live in the United States, you might have heard that the Cleveland Indians will be changing their name to the Cleveland Guardians. While that is quite a controversial subject, I wanted to bring up their new logo instead. What do you guys think about the logo (the G with wings and a baseball)? Could it be better?

I think that the logo could be better, but I also don't think there's too much people can do too much with the name "Guardians" anyway. I think it'd be cool if they did something based on the statues that ultimately gave them that new team name. But other than that, I have no idea! For now, the new logo will take a long time to get used to.

I was an Indians fan, I have tons of their merch from throughout the years, and I guess I'll continue to be a fan into their Guardian days, which will hopefully bring enough money to keep some of their stars (pls keep shane bieber).

The logo is okay, I think they did what they could with it, but they were obviously trying to keep it pretty simple. I'd like to see some alternate logos to just spice some things up, but overall I am pretty happy with their rebranding, they could've done worse.

I think the logo is cool but the name is going to take some time to get used to.

For the logo, I do like the style and I'm pretty content with what they did because there isn't much to work with for the word Guardian's so I think they did well with what they were given.

Yeah, that's one thing I'm concerned about: if they'll be able to keep making enough money with this name and logo change. I'm hoping that the name change won't make some fans change their mind about supporting them.

I'd like to see some alternate logos too! Like maybe they have some other logos that they designed that went unused. It'd be cool to see those. My friend and I joked around about what their new name and logo would be, but I am genuinely curious what kinds of things they thought about first.

I'm pretty happy with it too, especially now that I realize that "Indians" and "Guardians" sound a little similar!
