well i know a guy who wasnt an admin and made a new account and gave it admin powers. He was staying at his aunts house,he asked for her password and she didnt know why so she put it in and it worked (I set up the admin account for her but it was really just to stop her kids from looking at porn which ironically her nephew is doing now).
