I had been playing Need for Speed: Carbon for a few days and recently revisited it after focusing on other titles in the series. However, after one of my territories ended up taken over, then having me try again and again to take it back (by the way, you don't get the giant cash reward again from the same Race you've taken over before), my Mitsubishi Motors Eclipse GT feels slower than it should be, even though I upgraded it to focus on mostly Acceleration.

However, after I finally managed to win (somehow), I ended up in a Pursuit lasting 20 whole minutes, my Car only going betweeen 100-130 KPH and having at least 4 Close Calls where my Car just barely escaped being flipped over. There was barely a moment I could go beyond 220 KPH which should be a more realistic speed for this late in the game.

By the way, I'm using the Triggers for Acceleration and Braking since mapping Acceleration to the X button makes the Acceleration not sensitive enough, meaning I have to constantly press down hard on the Button because if I just hold it down, I go very slowly.

But this 20 minute Pursuit was with the L & R Triggers in a Mitsubishi Motors Eclipse GT that should easily go over 200 KPH but instead goes at the speed of a default Mazda RX-8 without any upgrades installed.

What am I doing wrong with my Tuning? Honestly, I just don't understand why Cars this late in the game can go so slow even when going full throttle.
