Well, he has an unhealthy diet, that's admitted by him pretty much. So it's likely that with his age, he won't be outlasting most of his rich constituency. However, he likely has access to some of the best Doctors in the world, so I doubt he'll be kicking it anytime soon, unless the Covid did more damage than we've been told.

Pacman+Mariofan : He was somewhat lucky that he got it when we knew more about it. However yeah, most rich people have significantly longer lifespans on average. That's usually on account of Doctors and diets.

It's funny in a way. If you look back in history, the rich often ate food that was bad for them, and Doctors generally didn't know what they were doing. So much of the peasantry could be seen in better health in some cases.
