I am honestly more hyped for this than I am for sinnoh remakes.

I find it has a weird starter choice.

Cyndaquil, Rowlett, and Oshawott

Probably going to choose cyndaquil myself.

But the main thing that can be seen from trailer is that catching and I think battling is done in "real-time" like no transition periods to a battle. It does seem like attacking is still turn based though.

I think it's cool. I've been wanting something like this ever since playing Gale of Darkness. I'm having a lot of high hopes for the graphics and I think that the fact that it's not being released until next year means that it might be even better than what the teaser implied.

Bumping this because of the stuff they have dealt with so far, and I'm still super hyped for this and can't wait to get bowled over by a steelix. I think Pokemon: Breath of the Wild will go really well for them and I hope it does and they start doing more spin-offs and stuff like this in the future.

Just because of how beautiful and serene it looks. We could even make another rangers game with this engine or a new mystery dungeon and I think they'd all work well and do great with it.
