How lucky are you whether in be in events that seem too incredible to be true in real life or in video games. I personally have said I have Ultimate Luck like from Danganronpa for several years now meaning I'm not really insanely lucky in like only good things but also insanely unlucky my luck is almost never middle of the road which does make life very interesting. When I first started going on about how cool ultimate luck was right before camp and I had 2 infected toes one that was healing because it had been operated on recently and the other that wouldn't get treatment till after camp and my mom decided it would be a good idea not to tell anyone at camp about it so I just needed to avoid anything involving kicking or where I could hurt my toe like hiking well the issue is the first full day your activities are chosen for you so I was at the luck of the draw and of course the ones my cabin got was Archery which I hate swimming which is good for me toe and Soccer... so as you can imagine I'm panicking like what on earth am I going to do. Well my luck started being my luck at Archery which I was going to do I just didn't like it and for some reason my counselor couldn't open the box with the bows in it so he's like I'll go get the key and he comes back and is like soooo apparently there is no key and in my head I'm dying laughing cause I can't believe how lucky that is. So I go on and do swimming it was good for my toes not important so we get to the destined Soccer period where after archery my counselor told me I might of got out of that but there was no chance I would get out of soccer. So we go to the field and one kid in my cabin is like I don't wanna play soccer and the female athletic counselor jumps in and says "Then we don't have to play soccer!" and I'm standing there dumbfounded like what so we ended up playing ultimate frisbee and when I talked to my counselor later he was like "You have the luck of the devil!" So that's pretty much the origin of my Ultimate Luck and that's only scratches the surface of the things it's pulled if I listed everything I would be here till next TdV. I'm hoping replies to this thread will help me remember some more of the crap my ultimate luck has pulled because I love talking about it.

I'd say I'm more or less the same. I either have the best or the worst of luck, and whenever I have something in between is because whatever was expected ended up happening, not better or worse than predicted.

I was extremely lucky with finding my girlfriend. I was searching for new dubbing courses, and I found one last resort. I decided to sign in, but the group I originally wanted to be in was folded due to lack of entries, so I moved to another one. Even then, I could have picked wrongly, but I ended up in the best group and, as you probably expect, my now-girlfriend was there. It didn't take long for us to start a friendship, and it soon evolved into something more.

I wasn't lucky just to find her so casually, I was lucky to find a person like her. Since the very beginning we've understood each other very well, discovering we're exactly what we were looking for. I spent nearly 27 years single, and out of the blue there she is. We have such a healthy relationship right now that we both are in the best moments of our lives, emotionally speaking. And we both have hopes this will go on forever.

Other than that, I haven't had much more luck in life. My disease hitting me hard, my inability to keep practicing sports, drifting without a specific direction as I approached university... And the family issues I've had haven't made it any better. It could have been much worse, because I wasn't really bullied at school or my family issues didn't really break it down, but I can't consider myself lucky for that either.

In games, I can also say I'm quite lucky sometimes. I've had a few plays in card and board games where I was lucky to snatch the win by a very slight margin despite being behind my rivals. In videogames I've also had streaks of luck and near misses, but I'd say that's just the randomness of a gamble and the coding of the game.

How lucky am I? Lucky enough that a character with an 80% accuracy will reliably miss 40% of the time. Lucky enough that when the RNG reports one in six odds of a very bad result, the same of a slightly bad and four in six moderate success I'm braced for the big loss. Where others confidently report that opening a chest in this game never goes wrong, I'm the proof they did so boobytrap some like it warns in the instructions. When someone puts up a range of possible rewards ("Okay, I've compiled over a thousand results and you'll always get 30-48 of X") I observe that I have gotten 20-29 about half the time I've done that same activity.

My GM would be quick to note that while my attack rolls may suck I'm constantly hitting big numbers if I can roll Knowledge to ruin the pacing of his campaign.

I would call myself 50/50 when it comes to luck because I can get incredibly lucky and have the biggest and best things happen to me but I have my fair share of days when something bad happens that's really small, but then more small bad things keep happening one after the other throughout the days. I hate those kinds of days but the days I have amazing luck greatly outweigh the days that I have bad luck.

I'm also immensely lucky when it comes to the stock market.

I'm pretty lucky! I get to eat snackoos on the job and I get to throw them at people too. AR AR AR

My luck tends to average out most of the time I am rather unlucky and then randomly I get really lucky sometimes, the other day I got like 2 3* characters in priconnne in one multi, one being Jun and the other being hatsune. This type of thing barely ever happens to me if I'm honest.

I have the worst timing ever a lot of times. I'll call a friend at just the wrong time of the day, or my texts won't send because I don't have enough wi-fi/reception.

In video games, I have insanely good stuff happen all the time, though. I was playing New Super Mario Bros U yesterday since I'm trying to beat the game. And there were 3 times in a row where I should've died in a level, but I just barely made it to the next platform. :O
