I get that not everybody is going to have this problem because only a handful of people have as many Switch games as me, but for the few people who do have a ton of games, whether physical or digital, isn't it a pain trying to find the icon on the Switch so that you can actually play it?

Best case scenario is you have the icons listed in alphabet order, so all you have to do is scroll until you reach the software that you want to open. In my case, I have to scroll past 200 games to get to Pokemon or nearly 300 to get to something like Xenoblade.

It would be super nice if Nintendo simply added a way to search for specific games in your library by typing a title in addition to the system that it has now.

What do you guys think?

I don't own a Switch yet so I'm not entirely familiar with its interface, but given what I've seen I'd say it's more or less similar to PS4 saving a few exclusive apps and such.

If the Switch can include anything like that, so can its competitors. Even if the Switch is the system that can gather more games in its memory (just because of file sizes for the top games), I'd say this feature would be welcome in all current consoles. Each person will use it more or less, but haven't they released other stupid apps before?

EX Palen : The PS4 already had something similar, there's a search bar in the library app. Not only that but the PS4 is 10 times more organized, like the TV and video folder that has YouTube, Hulu, Vudu, and every video app in one place.

You want YouTube and say funimation on the Switch and it will be two separate icons that could be on two different sides of the library.

The way I work it is I don't let myself focus on more than a couple games, that way the ones I'm interested in are always in front. On that note though, it still bothers me. The 3DS had the very best UI for games I've ever seen. I have around 200 games on mine, and it makes all the difference that I can adjust the number of games per row and organize everything into folders. The Switch downgraded from this, and even took themes away. It's insanity and I don't know what the point is.

pennylessz : Themes is another thing that they need. Hopefully they add them on the next one.

Knowing Nintendo, if they add themes to the Switch, they would probably be purchasable with platinum points like the wallpapers are, which I think would be cool.
