I'm not the biggest fan of the Heroes games, I played the 1st one and gave up, but after getting really into 11 I thought I would get back into it.

So I looked it up and I found the 1 and 2 compilation for the Switch.

But it's only in Japan apparently. But wait a minute. After I put my attention on something else, I started looking up Metacritic scores for the original Dragon Quest games since they're on sale for the Switch and something caught my attention.

Afterwards I fell deep in a rabbit hole and now I think that there are people who know a lot more than they let on about the game coming to America. I found the page for Dragon Quest Heroes 1 and 2 for Switch on Metacritic. Which is weird because it was added recently and is for the English version with a TBA release date.

I did more research and couldn't find any info or news about the game coming to America that was like less than a year old. Then I found a story by Gameradar titled "Upcoming Switch games for 2021 (and beyond)". It has the game listed with a short paragraph about the game, as well as another TBA release date.

When was that story published? Apparently today.

I don't think it's a coincidence that both places would post something about the game suddenly and after more than a year of nothing. Someone knows something.

I hope it is, the more DQ I have access to the better, Blizzard and RPG wise.

This reminds me of how on Google, Amazon implies Kingdom Hearts III is coming to Switch in January. Which is ludicrous, but it got me for a second.

Also, it's kind of crazy how in the "leak" of the New Nintendo Direct, there was a mention of new Kingdom Hearts games for the Switch. I would think these people have to get their info from somewhere.
