A couple weeks ago there was a small leak when it came to Persona 5 Scramble. A couple international websites began listing copies of the game for both PS4 and Switch, but not directly in America.

Then a couple days ago the games were confirmed for February by a trailer from Atlus as Persona 5 Strikers.

But today is probably the day that we've all really been waiting for, as of today, you can officially pre-order the game for either system at Gamestop and Best Buy for $60.

If you preorder the Switch version at Best Buy, you get the steelbook, soundtrack, and digital art book for free.

The Atlus website however claims that preorders don't start until Thursday.

zanderlex : You posted the link to preorder so I went ahead and did so right away the timing couldn't be better for me as I've just recently gotten to start playing Royal finally on my uncles PS4 since I own a PS3 and got into Persona 5 last year I've also been able to avoid spoilers for the most part this whole time minus the music and like the first maybe half probably a bit less then half of watching a Japanese stream but that being said I don't understand what was happening at all considering I don't speak Japanese.

My preorder was for the "special edition" one at Gamestop for the Switch, the one that comes with the free steenbok and soundtrack.

Then I went and preordered it in a foreign eshop because it was like 33% off for their Christmas sale.

zanderlex : as much as I like free steelbooks and Persona soundtracks given the chance to save money I can't blame you. I think I ordered from BestBuy where you get the steelbook but not the soundtrack.

It was listed as $40 for the regular game and $46 for the Digital Deluxe Edition which came with the game and the soundtrack, and I think there was something else. Though I have no idea how the soundtrack would be delivered, hopefully a separate code that's emailed or whatever, it would suck if you could only listen to the soundtrack through the game like Smash Ultimate.
