Prolly not on this site because of bandwidth issues and such, goto http://www.get-your-rom.com/ for nintendo ds roms, the reason they don't have them in browser is because of the bandwidth it takes but you can download them there, as for psp games, same site will be the place you will find them in the future, if you find them at all, good luck with your future endeavors in pursuing this otherwise my friend...
