Genshin Impact is the game that everybody has been talking about over the last couple of months. Do we have any players here on the site?

This is a game that I’ve been really excited about since the start of summer and I had a chance to test out the beta for a week or so before the game came out in September. I personally think that the game is amazing because it’s basically like a crossover between Breath of the Wild and Summoners War. I love how big the world is and how many things there are to do.

What do you guys think of the game?

I've been playing veeery casually since launch, because I don't have much free time. I'm happy my PC is able to handle it, even though it lags every now and then even at min settings, but it's playable. And because I don't play co-op, it's not an issue for me.

I like the gameplay, because as you said it's very similar to BoTW (being a Zelda fan, I've always wanted to play the game, but not having a WiiU / Switch hurts :c) and I love open world games where you can explore wherever you want.

That said, being a gacha too is also aplus for me, as I like those games. However, my luck has been awful, I still don't have a single 5*, not even a weapon ;-;

I'm indifferent, my sisters playing it but I generally don't care otherwise as it's not my kind of game, I'm more into 2D RPG's and the like save for the previous exceptions like BOTW.

DotsuToon : On one account, I got really lucky and pulled a couple 5 star ones but on my main one, I had no luck at all because I pulled 0, not even a weapon. But on one of the ones that I use for Youtube, I think I have a total of like 4 5 stars.

I gave it a go for a while and I am not too far in it, don't get me wrong its a good game but I think that I prefer playing on a console more than PC most of the time so I'm thinking of downloading and playing it on my PS4 instead because I think that then I would enjoy it more.
