Because we're talking about first season Digimon I don't think Seraphimon or any other Mega forms of those Digimon (other then Agumon and Gabumon) really count here.
Agumon is great because of his Mega form, WarGreymon, but not for much else.
I mean WarGreymon itself is great and one of the strongest season one Digimon there is, but his previous forms are a little dull.
But if we're talking about these first forms only my choice would probally be between Gabumon and Tentomon.
