I wouldn't know. The only time I ever used them, I didn't want to ship the game back, as it looked like a hassle, so I said it was lost. Then I cancelled my subscription.

They actually sent me a replacement even after I canceled, which makes no sense, but clearly their support services aren't really very intuitive.

I can imagine that all mail is running slow with the strain on the post office anyway, Gamefly especially. Even before Covid, some people had to wait up to two weeks for their game rental.
