Pretty much title. I can launch games with no problem, but I don't get any visuals once the game starts. I do get sounds, and I can hear the menu sound effects from controls, just no graphics at all under any emulator option.

This was the log of my last attempt. I have RGR 2.41 installed. This occurs under both Chrome and Firefox. I have attempted uninstalling it, reinstalling it, using the cache cleaner after uninstalling it. Nothing is working.

Flash and Java are both up to date, antivirus on or off doesn't alter the issue in any way.

I can not play any games... Help, please.

if you're getting a black screen with no audio, you'll have to uncheck 'Use hardware acceleration when available' in your Chrome settings. For more information on how to do that, go here:

I get a black screen. I get full audio. I can hear the BGM normally, as well as any sound effects from controller input.

This issue is under 3 seperate browsers, not just Chrome. I get the same under Firefox and Edge/Explorer. That is with hardware acceleration turned off in Chrome settings, as well as the VC and DirectX downloads from the RGR page.

I think, though I could be wrong, that this is the issue, as these three lines appear together in the log every single time.

This may need someone with technical knowledge of the plugin, since I have no idea what the "plugin service command" would be.
