Yeah, I felt the need to share this. Apparently with the recent leaks about The Last of Us Part II, some people who have talked about the leaks in videos have received copyright strikes, many people are discussing the leaks about The Last of Us Part II, why is a Youtuber talking about the leaks off-limits? I don't know, but for some reason the ''copyright owner'' of a specific video (a video that received a false/unfair copyright claim) is a company named ''MUSO TNT LTD'', not Sony Interactive Entertainment or Naughty Dog...

That's...basically the short version, I watched the video from beginning to end, I know that me sharing this video on Vizzed isn't really important or doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, but as I said, I felt the need to share this video. What I think? Well, I can't say anything that hasn't already been said, Sony Interactive Entertainment deserve negative consequences for this (less sales). I wasn't planning to get The Last of Us Part II and a PS5 and what can I say? I won't buy those things. If Sony is trying to silence people from discussing the leaks and what we know about The Last of Us Part II, that probably shows that they have no faith in their story, they probably know that many people won't like the story of the game and because of that, they don't want Youtubers talking about the leaks...also, something something Neil Druckmann is close friends with Anita Sarkeesian...

Copyright is weird. Let's say someone writes a book and gets it copyrighted. It's their copyright.

If someone creates someone while employed, the place that hires them owns it. For example if a Sony employee made their own indie game at home, they're the creator but Sony would get the copyright.

So Sony had the copyright at some point and probably sold it to MUSO. The first 2 things listed for MUSO are content protection and digital piracy so Sony probably just outsourced the management to someone else, the same way someone hires an accountant.

If Sony or ND had the copyright they would be less strict about videos and probably wouldn't take them down. But MUSO is a protection and piracy company. It sucks, but that is their job and what they're hired to do.

So wait... a company called Muso tnt copyrighted a video... and it's sony's fault.... that seems illogical.

We're also talking about youtube a site infamous for random copyright strikes for no reason because people/companies are douches.

Also most of these claims are made by bots... Not real people..

Is it plausible that Sony is behind this... maybe.. but it's probably more likely to just be a bot claiming a video based on its title.

In that video he gave one other example (i did skim through it so maybe he gave more) do you really think a huge company like Sony would only target a few people out of possibly thousands talking about it?

tl:dr if it was sony's doing they'd be doing more than just a few random videos. but meh... also if you're not going to get it why do you care?
